About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and strengthen our brand presence. This is a hybrid role suited for someone who can generate leads, close deals, and also handle basic marketing and digital presence — ideal for a self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a growing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) company.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify and generate recent business leads through outreach, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and channel partners
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads through to closure
- Negotiate terms and close deals in coordination with the operations team

Marketing

- Manage the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and update marketing collateral — event portfolios, case studies, brochures
- Maintain and update the company website with recent work/projects
- Support basic outreach campaigns (email/WhatsApp marketing, event promotions)

Coordination

- Work closely with the operations team to understand deliverables before pitching to clients




- Maintain CRM/lead tracker and report on pipeline status regularly
- Represent the company at industry networking events, client meetings, and exhibitions.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (MICE/events/hospitality/travel industry preferred)
- MICE/Events/Hospitality/Travel Industry Experience is must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with client-facing roles and proposal writing
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
