Job Responsibilities
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the team that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Make presentation to the clients and close sales
- Prepares,
initiates and coordinate action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Responsible for overall performance of assigned team
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
