Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Technical Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Guindy, Chennai. In this role, you will act as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams—translating complex business requirements into clear, implementation-ready technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Engineering: Lead requirements gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and author detailed Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Technical & Process Modeling: Design end-to-end process flows, sequence diagrams, and UML models using BPMN standards to clearly articulate system workflows.
- API & System Integration: Analyze REST APIs, review payload structures, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless backend and API integration.
- Agile Delivery: Partner with product owners and engineering teams to groom backlogs, refine user stories, and support sprint planning using Jira and Confluence.
- Solution Translation: Deconstruct high-level business goals into precise,



actionable technical specifications for development and QA teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Drive clear, continuous communication across cross-functional teams to keep project deliverables aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA working on enterprise-grade technology applications.
- Process & System Modeling: Hands-on proficiency with BPMN, UML, sequence diagrams, and business process mapping tools.
- Technical Acumen: Good understanding of web services, REST APIs, and API documentation/integration concepts.
- Agile Tooling: Expertise in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong logical, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Work Ethic: Adaptable, highly proactive, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the E-commerce domain.
- Functional or technical exposure to SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud).

Work Environment

- Location: Guindy, Chennai (100% Work from Office).

Pay: ₹426,413.05 - ₹2,476,080.00 per year
