Ltd. is a leading supplier and trader of agro commodities and specialty ingredients catering to the Food & Beverage, Distillery, Ethanol, and FMCG industries. We specialize in sourcing and supplying products such as rice, broken rice, maize, barley, malt, wheat, and other agro commodities to distilleries, beverage manufacturers, and industrial customers across India.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our business within the Alcohol, Liquor, Distillery, and Beverage sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand business with distilleries, liquor manufacturers, breweries, and beverage companies.
- Identify new customers and generate sales opportunities.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Travel extensively to develop and manage business across assigned regions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Alcohol, Liquor, IMFL, Brewery, Distillery, Beverage, Agro Commodities, or FMCG sales.
- Strong network within the alcohol and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

Salary: Best in the Industry + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
