Overview

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging AI-powered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and developers to design seamless and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-centric interfaces for AI-powered applications, ensuring intuitive navigation and accessibility

- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools

- Collaborate with AI engineers to enhance user interactions with AI-driven insights, chatbots, and automation

- Define and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency across products

- Work closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into seamless UI/UX experiences

- Optimize designs for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI-driven design methodologies, and industry best practices





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in AI-driven applications

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

- Robust understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility

- Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs

- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

- Experience working with AI-enhanced UI features, data visualization, or conversational interfaces is a plus

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience designing AI-driven user experiences or chatbot interfaces

- Knowledge of motion design, animations, and micro-interactions

- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

- Preferred skills include AI UX best practices, ethical considerations in AI-driven design, and principles of human-AI interaction

- Proficiency in AI-powered personalization, LLM-based UI experiences, and designing for AI-driven decision-making to align with emerging trends
