About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience in construction and operations to oversee projects in Puducherry & Chennai from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement, resource allocation, and site supervision.
- Handle client communication and provide regular updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in Construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
