We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our
fast-paced consulting environment. This role involves supporting and executing marketing
and business development strategies, conducting research, lead generation, and assisting
with client outreach and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and communication campaigns.
- Coordinate development of marketing materials and digital/social media content.
- Conduct global market research and analysis for business expansion.
- Create and maintain databases of prospective clients and industry contacts.
- Identify, research, and qualify new leads through online sources (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- Lead Generation
- Perform outbound calling and email campaigns to engage prospects.
- Support the organization of events, webinars, conferences, and BD-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve business development goals.
- Maintain accurate records and support in admin-related activities for BD.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in conducting online research and using CRM tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and open to travel for client meetings and events
- Prior experience in a sales-target environment is an added advantage
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- Past work experience in a target oriented sales setting (will be preferred)
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
