A1 SKC Food Products Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in quality food products. We are expanding rapidly across South India and are looking for agile Sales Executives to join our team in Kerala.

We are seeking energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to manage and grow business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding retail coverage, and building strong relationships with distributors and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area

- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and 150+ active retail customers

- Ensure coverage of 300+ retail outlets and drive secondary sales

- Execute company schemes, promotions, and ensure proper product visibility in stores

- Appoint and manage new outlets, monitor stock, billing, and receivables

- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and provide market feedback





- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and forecast demand accurately

- Ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree. Diploma holders with relevant experience can also apply

- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG/Food sales preferred. Freshers with field sales interest are welcome

- Proven ability to achieve targets and build distribution networks

- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English

- Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license

- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area

- Target-oriented and self-motivated
