Job Summary

United Opportunities HR Consulting is hiring an experienced Boiler Desk Operator for a leading power plant in Rayagada, Odisha. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating CFBC boilers through DCS, monitoring plant parameters, and ensuring safe and productive boiler operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor IR-CFBC Boiler through DCS.
- Perform cold and hot boiler start-up and shutdown operations.
- Monitor boiler parameters and maintain optimum performance.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all boiler auxiliaries.
- Maintain daily operational logs and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Field Operators and Shift Incharge for smooth plant operations.
- Follow SOPs, LOTO procedures, and all plant safety standards.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and report abnormalities immediately.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
- Boiler 1st Class Operator Certificate (Mandatory)

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Boiler Desk Operator.
- Experience in CFBC Boiler operations is mandatory.




- Knowledge of DCS operation in thermal power plants.
