Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the accounts payable team.
- Oversee the processing of accounts payable transactions using SAP HANA.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve accounts payable processes and workflows.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex issues related to accounts payable.
- Prepare and present reports on accounts payable activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

Qualifications:

- MBA, ICWA or CA Inter.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in SAP HANA.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

- Certification in SAP HANA.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
