Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, behind-the-scenes, styling tips, and customer moments in-store.
- Editing: Edit engaging reels, stories, and posts using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Community Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to grow our online community.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with current fashion and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Campaigns & Collaborations: Assist in influencer outreach, promotions, and social media campaigns to drive footfall and online sales.
- Analytics: Track performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing social media accounts,



especially for fashion or retail brands.
- Robust photography and video skills (smartphone-based or camera).
- Creative mindset with attention to aesthetic and brand tone.
- Familiar with social media tools and apps for editing and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of boutique-style branding.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of social media or content creation experience.
- Basic graphic design skills (bonus).
- Familiarity with paid ads or boosting posts (bonus).
