Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Construction)

Location: Maharashtra Khopoli

Experience: 10+ Years

Age Criteria: 37–50 Years

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee civil construction projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, timelines, and budgets.

Lead site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements are met.

Review project progress and prepare status reports for management.

Handle client coordination and resolve project-related issues.

Monitor material procurement and resource allocation.

Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.





Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction/project management.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on schedule.

Preferred:

Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Age: 37–50 Years
