Job Description – Product Manager

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and deliver multiple IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Business Analysis, HR, Finance, and Client stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and organizational processes.
- Mentor project teams and promote continuous process improvement and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership,



communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent software development projects.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.), Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or equivalent.
- MBA in Project Management/Operations/IT is preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 5 years leading medium to large-scale software projects.
