What We're Looking For

✅ B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)
✅ 5+ years of experience in B2B Technical Sales / Engineering Sales
✅ Experience selling engineering, industrial automation, embedded, robotics, IoT, or other technically complex solutions
✅ Strong consultative selling, proposal development, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
✅ Comfortable engaging with CXOs, engineering teams, procurement, and technical stakeholders
✅ Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development

Key Responsibilities





- Drive new business development and customer acquisition
- Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle
- Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Build strategic customer and channel partner relationships
- Collaborate with R&D; and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and business forecasts
