We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud Engagement.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Lightning Platform
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support business processes
- Develop reusable components and automation following Salesforce best practices
- Design and implement integrations with external applications using REST APIs and middleware
- Configure security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy
- Develop asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Platform Events
- Build AI-powered business solutions using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein capabilities
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance




- Create technical documentation and support Agile delivery processes
- Design, build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Marketing Cloud Engagement
- Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and JavaScript
- Configure and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, and Data Extensions
- Create customer journeys, audience segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns
- Execute campaign deployments and monitor campaign performance
- Manage subscriber data, preference centers, and data synchronization
- Build SQL queries for segmentation and campaign optimization
- Generate campaign reports and support marketing analytics
- Ensure adherence to Marketing Cloud best practices, governance, and email deliverability standards

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 6 to 9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform customization, integrations, and automation
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including campaign development and customer journeys




- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and source control practices
- Proficiency in Triggers, Integrations - REST APIs, SOQL & SOSL
- Skills in Campaign Management, Email Deliverability, Email Personalization

Nice to have

- Familiarity with Flows, Security & Sharing Model, Platform Events
- Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC), Named Credentials, Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled)
- Background in Git and CI/CD tools, Agile/Scrum methodology
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce and AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Engagement, Audience Segmentation, Subscriber & Preference Management
- Knowledge of Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist/Developer
