About the Role

We are looking for a passionate STEM & Makerspace Facilitator / Maker Studio Lead to inspire students through hands-on STEM learning, innovation, and project-based education. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can transform ideas into exciting prototypes using engineering, robotics, coding, electronics, and design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Maker Studio sessions for students across grade levels.
- Facilitate hands-on learning in STEM, Robotics, Electronics, IoT, Coding, and 3D Design.
- Guide students through Design Thinking, problem-solving, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
- Help students understand Science and Mathematics through practical applications.
- Supervise the safe use of makerspace tools, equipment, and materials.
- Support projects using Arduino, Micro, Raspberry Pi, sensors, motors, circuits, 3D printers, and prototyping tools.
- Maintain project documentation, student portfolios, and assessment records.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to integrate STEM learning.
- Prepare students for exhibitions, innovation challenges, and project showcases.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and inspiring Maker Studio environment.

Qualifications

- B.E.



/ B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering (Preferred)
- Experience in a STEM Lab, Robotics Lab, Makerspace, ATL, or Innovation Lab
- Strong understanding of STEM education, Project-Based Learning, and Design Thinking

Desired Skills

Knowledge of:

- Robotics and basic electronics
- Sensors and IoT
- Arduino, Micro, or Raspberry Pi
- Coding fundamentals
- 3D Design and 3D Printing
- Prototyping tools and fabrication techniques
- Science and Mathematics concepts
- Student engagement and classroom management

Experience

- 1–3 years in STEM Education, Robotics Training, ATL, Makerspace, or School Innovation Labs.
- Experience conducting project-based learning sessions.
- Experience mentoring students for exhibitions, competitions, or innovation projects is an added advantage.
