We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our External Reporting – US Regulatory Reporting team. This role is located in Pune

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of regulatory reporting best practices and understanding of Basel rules and regulatory reports

- Having relevant experience in Regulatory capital calculations with fair understanding of CET1, Tier1 and other capital components, Leverage exposure and Supplementary Leverage ratio.

- Validate critical data elements used for exposure and RWA calculations of key exposure categories

- Quarterly, prepare capital analysis presentation and earnings materials for senior Finance leaderships, including the CFO, Head of Investor Relations, and others

- Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports like FR Y-9C , FFIEC 101 , FFIEC 031 and other US regulatory capital reports to regulatory authorities

- Strong control mindset ensuring data accuracy and strict compliance with established regulatory reporting governance including ICRR/SOX/RCSA mandates

- Manage reporting processes, oversee data issue identification and resolution, and maintain procedure documents and internal controls





- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data systems and support implementation projects related to new products or regulatory changes.

- Work with cross-functional teams, business partners, internal/external auditors and regulators to resolve issues and provide information

- Stay informed about current regulations (e.g., Basel III Endgame) and translate complex policy requirements into actionable system logic

- Lead, Coach, mentor and develop talents on the team

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- CA/CPA/ACCA Qualified with 7 to 10 years of regulatory reporting experience

- Knowledge of Basel capital rules and technical understanding of credit risk products is preferred

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at various levels

- Ability to work in a pressure-oriented setting and handle multiple tasks

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of execution

- Working knowledge of Axiom reporting tool would be a added advantage

- Self-motivated team player with the ability to research and resolve issues independently
