Job Title : Senior Systems Analyst

Experience : 4 to 6 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage production support activities using Unix/Linux and SQL.

- Handle Incident Management and Change Management processes as per ITIL standards.

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database-related issues within defined SLAs.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.

- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, and support teams for timely issue resolution.

- Execute production deployments, change requests, and system maintenance activities.

- Monitor system health, logs, batch jobs, and application performance to ensure business continuity.

- Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and support reports.

- Participate in rotational shifts and provide support for critical production environments.





- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents, outages, and change implementations.

Requisites
- Solid hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and SQL.

- Good understanding of Incident Management and Change Management processes.

- Experience in application or production support within an enterprise setting.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.

- Stable career history with consistent employment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
