- A Landscaper is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving outdoor spaces such as gardens, lawns, parks, and commercial landscapes. The role involves planting, lawn care, irrigation, and general landscape maintenance to ensure attractive and healthy outdoor environments.

- This JD can be customized for residential, commercial, or industrial landscaping roles depending on the organization's needs.
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass.
- Prepare soil, level ground, and install plants.
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and prune trees.
- Water plants and maintain irrigation systems.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and weed control treatments safely.
- Remove weeds, leaves, and garden waste.
- Install landscape features such as pathways, edging, decorative stones, and mulch.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean.
- Report plant diseases, pest issues,



or equipment problems to supervisors.
- High school education or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of plants, soil, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques
