Urgent Hiring: Shift Incharges (Mechanical & Electrical) – Boisar, Maharashtra

About the Role: Socius is expanding our leadership team for a major project at Viraj Profiles Private Limited in Boisar, Maharashtra. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Shift Incharges to oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive production efficiency.

We currently have 4 open positions for this role:

- Shift Incharge – Mechanical: 3 Vacancies
- Shift Incharge – Electrical: 1 Vacancy

What You Will Do:

- Take full ownership of shift operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Lead and supervise a cross-functional team of technicians, operators, and tradespeople.
- Coordinate with the maintenance teams to minimize downtime and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor process control, enforce strict safety protocols, and maintain comprehensive shift reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (for the 3 Mechanical roles) or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (for the 1 Electrical role).
- Experience:



A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience.
- Industry Background: Mandatory prior experience in Steel Industries, Waste Management, or Wet Milling Plants.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, deep understanding of industrial operations (such as RMHS, Screening & Crushing, or Beneficiation), and excellent problem-solving skills.
