Bookkeeper / Accounting Administration Specialist (Virtual – Part time)

MyOutcomes® is a leading organization dedicated to improving mental health outcomes through evidence-informed technology and solutions. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounting Administration Specialist to join our virtual team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting qualified with a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience to support our day-to-day financial operations. Experience with Canadian accounting practices and accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities and tasks:

- Day to day transactions, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Credit card, government remittance (tax) and bank reconciliations
- Contractor payments and payroll processing

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and command of the English language
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or Sage 50 preferred




- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Preferred Credentials (India)

- B.Com, M.Com, CA (India), CMA (India), or equivalent accounting qualification preferred
- QuickBooks Online certification is an asset
- Experience supporting international clients, is preferred

Compensation & Hours

- Pay: CA$8/hour (plus an additional CA$2/hour performance bonus after completion of the probabtion period)
- Hours: Approximately 1.5–2 hours per day
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
