We are looking for a Tool Engineer / Executive with experience in plastic injection mould manufacturing and tool engineering. The candidate will be responsible for tool development, manufacturing coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely execution of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate tool manufacturing activities.
- Review tool designs and ensure manufacturability.
- Coordinate with Design, CAM, CNC, Assembly, Quality, and Production teams.
- Monitor tool progress to ensure on-time project completion.
- Resolve technical issues during tool manufacturing and assembly.
- Support tool trials (T0, T1, T2) and implement required modifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors for outsourced machining and purchased components.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce tooling costs.

Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in Plastic Injection Mould or Tool Room industry preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Tool Engineering or Tool Room.

- Valuable technical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under project timelines.
