About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected Personal PR & Podcast Coordinator to manage and expand the personal media presence. The primary responsibility is to arrange and coordinate podcast interviews and media appearances with podcasters and thought leaders worldwide.

This role requires strong communication skills, a qualified network in the media/podcast domain, and the ability to pitch and schedule interviews with relevant hosts and shows across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify suitable podcasts across various industries (business, technology, entrepreneurship, etc.) for interview opportunities.
- Reach out to podcasters, producers, and media hosts to pitch and arrange interviews via Zoom or other virtual platforms.
- Maintain a structured PR pipeline and calendar of scheduled interviews, recordings,and releases.
- Prepare briefing notes and key talking points before each podcast session.
- Build and manage a global network of podcast producers and media professionals.




- Track podcast appearances, media mentions, and audience reach.
- Collaborate with the communications/design team for social media promotion of

interviews.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in PR, talent management, or podcast/media coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required).
- Strong networking, persuasion, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones and handling international outreach.
- Familiarity with media databases, podcast platforms, and PR tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with founders, or influencers.
- Prior exposure to international media relations or podcast booking.
- Self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision.
