Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day parking operations across partner locations.
- Coordinate with parking partners and on-ground staff.
- Monitor operational performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure smooth customer experience and service quality.
- Analyze operational reports and improve efficiency.
- Support business expansion and partner onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of operations management experience.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience in mobility, parking, logistics, or facility management is an added advantage.
