We are seeking an Arabic PRO Trainee to support and manage government-related processes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role involves ensuring efficient maintenance and timely updates across various government portals, while maintaining effective communication with government bodies, internal teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Government Portal Management: Ensure timely activation and upkeep of all relevant government portals in KSA.
- Coordination with Authorities: Liaise with government ministries and regulatory authorities to resolve issues and obtain necessary clarifications.
- Task Tracking & Follow-up: Work closely with internal teams to monitor progress, follow up on pending actions, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Client Communication: Provide updates to clients as needed, gather information, and address any queries regarding government-related processes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including department trackers and reports related to government processes.
- Stakeholder Follow-up:
Collaborate with government agencies and internal departments to ensure the prompt resolution of pending matters.
- Compliance Support: Assist internal teams with official documentation, renewals, and compliance-related requirements.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting manager based on business needs.
