What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio/reel showcasing varied editing work (organic reels, ad creatives, corporate content, etc.)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, AI tools
- A sharp eye for SaaS-style motion design and trending typography/caption styles
- Transparent understanding of how ad-focused reels differ from organic social reels in pacing, hooks, and structure
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm
Non-Negotiables
- Reliability and commitment to deadlines — no matter how talented, we need editors who deliver on time, every time
- Own desktop PC with sufficient processing power for video editing at home
- Stable, high-speed WiFi/internet connection for smooth file transfers and communication
- Clear,
proactive communication — you flag issues or delays before they become problems, not after
Engagement
This is a per-project freelance role — ideal for editors who want flexible, ongoing work with a creative agency. Rates negotiated per project based on scope and complexity.
