About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through Chat & Voice support
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
- Document customer interactions accurately

Education:
- Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
Experience:
- Freshers & Experienced (1 year) both eligible
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Technical aptitude
- Customer-centric approach
- Comfortable with rotational and night shifts
Salary Structure:
- Freshers:
₹30K package = ₹24,410 CTC + ₹3000 PLI + 2,597 Statutory Bonus
- Experienced (1 yr): ₹32K package = ₹26,045 CTC + ₹3200 PLI + 2,771 Statutory Bonus
- PLI applicable post training based on attendance, login hours, QA & CSAT-DSAT.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts & week offs
- 9.5 hours/day including break
- Cab facility for eligible night shifts only
- No leaves allowed during first 3 months (except weekly offs)
