Job Summary:
As an Instructional Designer for Digital Learning Content, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital learning solutions across eLearning and instructor-led training formats. Your typical day will involve creating structured instructional content using Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint, translating complex business and technical concepts into learner-friendly modules, and collaborating with SMEs, stakeholders, and project teams to define learning objectives and ensure content accuracy. You will also apply visual design principles, use AI-enabled tools where appropriate, and refine content based on feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality digital learning solutions across eLearning and instructor-led training formats.
Create engaging instructional content using Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint.
Translate complex business and technical content into structured,



learner-friendly modules.
Develop eLearning modules, ILT materials, facilitator guides, and instructional video content.
Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and project teams to define learning objectives and ensure content accuracy.
Apply visual design principles to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve content development efficiency and innovation.
Refine content based on feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in instructional design and digital learning content development.
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
Strong PowerPoint skills for instructional slide design.
Experience developing eLearning content, ILT materials, facilitator guides, and instructional videos.
Strong writing, communication, organizational, visual design, and graphic design capabilities.
Good to have exposure to AI tools, enterprise or consulting environments, adult learning principles, and global learning programs.

This position is based in India and supports LearnVantage learning transformation work.
