Job Mission

Build and scale Hoora’s Garage Vertical from 0 1 national scale, creating a high-quality, standardized, and profitable garage network while owning supply, operations, and performance.

Role Overview

- Hoora is building a nationwide Garage Aggregation Network to power its vehicle care ecosystem. We are looking for a hands-on leader to build, scale, and own the Garage Vertical end-to-end across India.

Key Responsibilities

- - Business & Expansion

- Build and scale the Garage Vertical across cities.
- Execute city-wise expansion and supply strategy.
- Drive network growth with robust on-ground execution.

- Supply & Partner Network

- Onboard and manage garage partners across India.
- Ensure partner activation, engagement, and retention.
- Drive incentives and long-term partner relationships.

- Operations & Quality

- Set up SOPs, service standards, and partner training systems.
- Ensure consistent service quality, pricing control, and reliability.
- Optimize job allocation, turnaround time, and execution.

- Performance & Economics

- Own revenue,



margins (CM1/CM2), and unit economics.
- Track supply utilization (jobs per garage) and efficiency.
- Improve conversion rates and repeat usage.

- Product & Collaboration

- Work closely with product and tech teams for integrations and UX improvements.
- Build scalable workflows for supply and service operations.

- Team Leadership

- Build and lead city-level and central operations teams.
- Drive performance culture with strong ownership and accountability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- - 5–10 years experience in marketplace, aggregation, or auto ecosystem.
- Background from companies like CARS24, CarDekho, GoMechanic, or DriveU preferred.
- Strong experience in on-ground operations and supply building.
- Proven ability to build and scale a category from scratch.
- Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.
