We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning / AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, Python programming, data processing, and up-to-date AI frameworks. The candidate will work closely with data scientists, product teams, and software engineers to build scalable AI-powered applications.Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for real-world business problems.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
- Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, classification, and NLP solutions.
- Fine-tune and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for accuracy and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Deploy models using APIs and cloud-based environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production ML systems.
- Document model architecture, experiments, and deployment processes.

Required Skills Programming

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.

Machine Learning

- Supervised and Unsupervised Learning.

Deep Learning

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and Neural Networks.

AI & Generative AI

- Experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS.

Database & Cloud

- SQL and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

Tools

- Git/GitHub.
- Docker.
- REST APIs.
- Jupyter Notebook.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud AI services is a plus.

Nice to Have

- Computer Vision projects.
- NLP and Chatbot development experience.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and model serving frameworks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
