What You’ll Do

- Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Help generate quality leads, sales, and measurable growth for clients
- Track campaign performance and optimize regularly
- Work on targeting, retargeting, budget planning, and ad strategy
- Coordinate with our design, content, and client teams
- Share performance reports and suggest improvements

Who We’re Looking For

- Someone with hands-on experience in paid ads
- Valuable understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
- Knows how to improve CTR, CPL, ROAS, and overall performance
- Familiar with:





- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel/conversion tracking

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Can manage multiple projects without losing track

Bonus Points If You Have

- Agency experience
- Understanding of landing pages / CRO
- A proactive mindset and hunger to grow
