Overview:

TRC is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to support its Azure cloud transformation journey and help build foundational cloud platform capabilities. This is a senior delivery-focused engineering role responsible for implementing, automating, and operationalizing cloud platform initiatives across Azure environments.





The selected resource will work closely with Client’s Architecture and Platform teams, which will define the strategic direction, while the engineer will execute, implement, and operationalize platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and deployment initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Implement deployment automation and release management best practices.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Build reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks.
- Support Azure platform services including API Management, Service Bus, Event Hub, AI Foundry, and related Azure services.
- Establish deployment workflows, environment promotion strategies, and automation standards.
- Collaborate with Architecture and Platform teams to execute cloud transformation initiatives.
- Drive platform engineering best practices and improve developer enablement through automation and self-service capabilities.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related disciplines.




- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Deep expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Production experience with AKS/Kubernetes environments.
- Strong understanding of deployment automation and cloud-native engineering practices.
- Experience implementing platform engineering solutions in enterprise environments.
- Ability to independently execute and operationalize cloud initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Azure API Management.
- Experience with Azure Service Bus and Event Hub.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and related Azure services.
- Helm and containerization experience.
- Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms.
- Exposure to cloud governance and platform standards.
