- Robust knowledge of CSDM concepts
- Understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships & governance
- Experience in CMDB data quality improvement & KPI tracking
- Maintain and manage CMDB data, including Configuration Items (CIs) and relationships
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Perform regular data audits and health checks
- Define and enforce CMDB governance standards and naming conventions
- Validate and reconcile Discovery data with CMDB records
- Support Change Management with impact analysis and dependency mapping
- Work closely with IT infrastructure, application, and support teams
- Generate CMDB health and compliance reports
- Identify and resolve duplicate, stale, or inaccurate CI records
