- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of system support.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues impacting business continuity.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Advanced Access Controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to access control and security management.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
