Working hours: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who owns outcomes, not just timelines. You should be technically fluent, data-driven, and confident enough to influence stakeholders, run strong meetings, and push back when needed.

This is a hands-on, high-judgment role suited for someone with startup exposure and a solid independent point of view.

What you will do
Delivery & Execution

Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across teams.

Define milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and unblock execution.
Stakeholder Leadership

Run structured, decision-oriented meetings.

Actively participate in product and engineering discussions.
Push back constructively with logic and data.
Technical & Data Depth





Understand architecture, tradeoffs, and technical risks.

Build and maintain operational health dashboards.

Create multiple data cuts and synthesize insights that drive action.

Tools & Systems
Deep hands-on expertise in JIRA.
High learnability for new tools and workflows.

Improve processes rather than just follow them.

What we are looking for
10+ years in technical program or project management.
Prior hands-on development experience.
Strong JIRA skills.
Ability to work closely with engineering teams.
Startup or rapid-paced product company experience.
Experience with analytics/BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Robust comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
