Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant for the Co-Founders based in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, including executive scheduling, coordinating meetings, managing executive communications as well as personal work negotiations for the Co-Founder. The role also involves supporting with various tasks, maintaining organisation, and ensuring smooth operations. The Executive Assistant will also need to accompany the Co-Founder to events. One year experience is acceptable.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Should have robust people skills
Experience providing effective Executive Support and handling confidential information
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, time management, and organisational skills
Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Previous experience in the media, entertainment, or production industry is a plus
Earn certifications in these skills
