Alorica is hiring for Healthcare Customer Support Executives to deliver exceptional customer service to global customers. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about solving customer queries and providing a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email support.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Ability to work from the Bengaluru office.
