Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
Identify and connect with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
Pitch RCLASHERS MEDIA's Influencer Marketing and Talent Management solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized campaign strategies.
Negotiate commercial terms and close recent business deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, and business reports.




Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and identify new market opportunities.

What We're Looking For • 0.5–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Influencer Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to identify new business prospects and convert leads into clients.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Media Sales is a plus.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
