Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer
oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Customer Service Agents & Ground Staff in Mumbai.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other airport services
Process passenger tickets and check-in luggage
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times
Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery




Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile workplace
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift and move heavy luggage
Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
