Ability to design processes and layouts Experience with FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen/A3 (continuous improvement and problem-solving)

Hands-on experience on the THALES or SAFRON production standards as a add-on.
Significant work experience in a manufacturing workplace like Cable harness, sub-rack manufacturing inclusive of PCBA assembly, Mechanical sub racks and electrical wiring.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
