About the job

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage internal financial processes and controls.
Coordinate with the CFO firm to maintain accurate and up-to-date books in Zoho Books.
Handle GST reconciliation, RCM calculations, payments, and filings.
Calculate, pay, and file TDS on time.
Manage payroll processing.
Process vendor payments.
Track inventory inflow and outflow, and establish inventory control processes with the production team.
Prepare monthly financial reports covering revenue, expenses, team costs, and other key business metrics.
Prepare reports for investors and key stakeholders.
Coordinate hiring activities, schedule interviews, and provide administrative support.
Work with the company secretary (CS) team to prepare secretarial documents.
