Position: Sr. Executive – Production
Location: Ranipet
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Equivalent
Experience: 10–12 Years in Production, preferably in Toys, Automobile, or Similar Manufacturing Industry
Salary: 6.5 – 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production schedules.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Supervise shop floor operations and optimize manpower utilization effectively.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Procurement teams for smooth production flow.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment for production.




Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Track production KPIs such as productivity, OEE, downtime, rejection, and scrap.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, EHS guidelines, and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production operators to improve performance and process adherence.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
