Position: Technical Support Executive
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience in a Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in customer support, and a proven ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services while resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.




Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
1–2 years of experience in a Voice Process (BPO/Customer Support).
Mandatory experience in Upselling or Cross-selling.
Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable working from the office in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
