Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and design preferences.
Develop creative residential interior concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and working drawings.
Coordinate with 3D visualizers to ensure high-quality design presentations.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor that align with project budgets and design intent.
Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, and site engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.




Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining Creo Homes quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion/Enscape, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of 3ds Max or Revit is an added advantage.
Excellent design visualization and space planning skills.
Solid communication and client presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
