- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, D.El.Ed., or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of child-centered teaching methodologies.
- Teaching certification or licensure for primary school education.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and create a positive learning setting.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
