Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting IT services, and contributing to business growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project discussions and delivery.
- Execute digital marketing activities,



including LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and social media promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and technology trends.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the IT industry.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of software development services, web development, mobile app development, or SaaS products.
- Ability to handle B2B sales and corporate clients.

Pay: ₹251,457.65 - ₹296,116.88 per year
