ROHA Landscape Architect is a growing architectural firm specializing in Residential / Commercial / Industrial / Sustainable Design. We take pride in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically striking spaces. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Architect to join our collaborative team and lead projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Development: Create detailed architectural designs, site plans, elevations, and construction documents using CAD software.
- Project Management: Manage projects through all phases—conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Meet with clients to discuss project goals, budgets, and timelines, presenting design proposals clearly and persuasively.
- Code Compliance & Permitting: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, accessibility (ADA) standards, and environmental regulations.
- Site Visits & Supervision: Conduct job site visits to monitor construction progress,



ensure adherence to specs, and resolve field issues with contractors.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active Registered Architect (RA) license preferred [or NCARB certification].
- Experience: [1–10+] years of professional architectural experience in [Residential / Commercial / Mixed-Use] design.
- Software Proficiency:
- Advanced skill in AutoCAD.
- Experience with rendering/3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, or V-Ray).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office.
- Skills: Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and building codes. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design and technical drafting work is required with application.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
