What you’ll do:

- Edit high-volume performance marketing video ads (UGC, static-to-video, hook-heavy Meta/Instagram creatives)

- Cut raw footage into 15–30s ad variants for A/B testing at scale

- Work with AI-generated creative (Higgsfield, Nanobanana) — clean up, composite, add motion/text overlays

- Turn around 10–20+ ad variants.

- Add captions, hooks, pattern interrupts, CTAs optimized for scroll-stopping

- Repurpose UGC/creator content into multiple cuts (different hooks, different lengths)

- Maintain organized asset libraries and consistent brand style per product

Must-haves:

- Fast turnaround mentality — this is volume-based creative testing, not one polished video a month

- Robust sense of hook/retention editing (first 3 seconds), pacing, captions

- Experience in capcut

- Comfortable taking rough UGC or AI-generated clips and making them scroll-stopping

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
