Job Summary

The Store Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and tools. The role ensures accurate stock records, timely material availability, and compliance with company procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

- Receive and inspect incoming materials as per Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan.
- Verify quantity and quality of received materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and update ERP/stock records.
- Issue materials to production against authorized Material Requisition Notes (MRN).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.

Steel Material Handling

- Manage stock of MS Sheets, CR Sheets, GI Sheets, Stainless Steel, Angles, Channels, Pipes, Flats, Round Bars, Copper, Aluminum, and other fabrication materials.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of steel materials.
- Monitor scrap generation and maintain scrap records.




- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicable.

Documentation

- Maintain GRN, SRN, Issue Slips, Stock Registers, Bin Cards, Gate Passes, and Material Transfer Records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and ISO requirements.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Purchase for pending material deliveries.
- Support Production by ensuring timely material availability.
- Communicate shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving inventory to management.
- Assist in vendor material verification during receipt.

Safety & Housekeeping

- Maintain 5S standards in the store.
- Ensure protected stacking and storage of heavy steel materials.
- Follow PPE and material handling safety procedures.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
