Key Responsibilities

- Promote Hastra Healthcare's portfolio of medical devices to hospitals, surgeons, IVF centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and clinical presentations.
- Provide product support during surgical procedures and clinical applications when required.
- Build solid relationships with gynecologists, laparoscopic surgeons, fertility specialists, nurses, and hospital procurement teams.
- Train doctors, OT staff, and distributors on product usage and best practices.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
- Assist in organizing CMEs, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
- Prepare product reports, visit reports, and sales activity updates.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare institutions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
